It’s been only 12 hours since the internet was shut down, I feel like we were going back in 2006.

We communicate with voice calls and SMS.

What was the last time you communicate with someone with SMS?

For me, I didn’t usually send more than 10 SMS in a year.

Now within a day, we were continuously sending SMS as in a chatbox for information exchange.

It’s better to use it that way. I could give full attention to each and everyone which is great.

Around 11 pm tonight, I got a series of calls from my friends, asking that DASSK has been released and

whether it’s confirmed or not.

I said no. No one sent the message that she’s released.

And everything was so normal around us. She used to live in our town and her Naypyitaw HQ is also based here.

But, people in Yangon and Mandalay, and other cities are already going outside at this time and celebrating.

I wish this news is true, but I’m doubtful that it won’t be that simple.

Today alot of people, maybe tens of thousands of people gathered on streets and protested.

Tomorrow would be the second day of general protest.

By intentionally releasing that misinformation to the public, people will be happy and the movement will be slowed down.

This is actually like playing chess. There should be some strategic thinking on the people's side.
